Best Beauty DIYs that worked Miraculously

Beauty DIYs are something that every girl has tried at some point of time or the other, but few believe in them and others do not. One’s beliefs depend on the result that they achieved. However, results depend on what you tried, which beauty recipe did you make and how you used it. People around us, internet, grannies and everyone keeps pouring in the different beauty recipes and claim them to be the best beauty DIYs; therefore it is so confusing what to try and what not to try, what will work and what will not, and most importantly, which beauty DIY will give us results so good that it would be worth all the efforts and time that we spend in these beauty treatments at home.

So let’s end the confusion. Here, I am sharing my own experiences with you. Though there are several, literally several ingredients in your kitchen that do good to your skin (we will talk about them all later in subsequent posts), but here I will share those three best beauty DIYs that worked wonders for me, actually miraculously.

Almond paste

Seeing hyper-pigmentation on my face years ago, a couple of my well-wishers suggested me to try soaked almond paste. As their life seemed really difficult because of my pigmentation problem (Sarcasm!!!), I decided to help them by trying it. Later, I thanked them, because this really worked amazingly. My skin started glowing, dullness was reduced, and most remarkably, face became even toned; hyperpigmentation around the mouth was significantly reduced.

How to make:

Soak 3-4 almonds overnight in water. Next morning, peel off the almonds and rub them on a rough surface with milk to make a paste. You can use this paste as it is, but it is a good idea to add few more ingredients in it such as a pinch of turmeric or a few drops of lemon. Apply the paste on your face and wash it off when dry.

Try to use daily, or at least 4-5 times a week. Visible effects will be observed after 25-30 days. Keep patience, it will be worth it.

Almond Oil

I was earlier skeptical about using almond oil for skin owing to its extremely warm nature. Still, I gave it a try, and again, the effects were astonishing. I used Hamdard Rogan Badam Shirin (it is not sponsored at all) and massaged my face for 5-10 minutes with it daily, yes, daily. And again, my skin became even toned and bright in 20-30 days.

How to use it:

Simply massage your face with your fingers covering whole of the face for 5-10 minutes. Do it daily for faster and better results.

One important point that I want to make here is that almond oil is really warm and does not suit everyone. Please start using it in winters and watch for the signs of any reaction.

Another point is that when I used almond oil of any other brand, it gave me break outs, while hamdard brand did not do anything wrong to me even in the peak of summers (trust me, it is not sponsored). I don’t know why it happened. If I consider the fact that almond oil is very warm and is likely to give break outs, this implies that hamdard almond oil is not pure. Whatever it is, it has been very good to me and so I use it only

Nutmeg paste

Just like all the teenagers, I too had really bad acne during my teenage years. And if there is acne, there are scars. If you’ve ever had acne, you must know how stubborn the acne scars are. No matter what I tried, they refused to fade away. Then nutmeg (Jaifal) came to my rescue. Since, unlike almond paste and oil, nutmeg was suggested by only one aunty, I did not have much hope. But I was so desperate to get rid of those annoying marks on my face that I was ready to try anything and everything. So I gave it a try, and it came out to be the best anti-scar remedy till date.

How to make it:

Same as almond, rub the nutmeg on a rough surface with milk or water to make its paste. Apply the paste on face or only on scars, and wash it off when it dries. Let me tell you one thing here, rubbing and making paste of nutmeg is really time taking and difficult because nutmeg is a hard nut. But again, the efforts are worth it; nothing else could fade the stubborn marks. Though I did not soak it, but I think soaking for few hours will make it easier.

Effects were seen after 15 days of using. Continue using it till desired results are achieved.

So now no need to try a bucket of beauty recipes; here is the list of best beauty DIYs. Now you know what you need to try at first place. Wish you a healthy skin.
