Bill Gates had once said ‘I would rather hire a lazy person to do a hard job, because he will find an easy way to do it’. That is so true.

In past few days, I have been asked frequently that how I have lost weight and how I am maintaining it. Yes it indeed is a difficult task to lose weight, and it is even more difficult to maintain it.

Lately, I have shared posts about weight loss drinks here. While I know that they are effective, I am too lazy to make the drinks. So I had to find an easy way.

I made Weight Loss Powder. Now I just dissolve a spoon of it in a glass of water and drink it. Now no more skipping the weight loss drinks.

So here I am sharing my ‘lazy’ recipe with you all.

What you need:

Jeera (Cumin)

Jeera (Cumin)

Jeera is I think one of the most commonly used condiments. Apart from taste and health benefits, Jeera also works great for weight loss. Jeera promotes weight loss by reducing the accumulation of Fat Cells.

Ajwain (Carom/Caraway)

Ajwain (Carom/Caraway)

We all know the benefits of Ajwain and use it for curing problems like indigestion and bloating.

For Weight loss, ajwain too reduces the fat deposition in the body.

Dalchini (Cinnamon) Powder

Cinnamon (Dalchini powder)

Dalchini or Cinnamon, helps in weight loss by increasing insulin sensitivity and decreasing the sugar in blood.

You can also take cinnamon sticks.

Flax seeds

Flax seeds

Flax seeds contain ample of proteins and dietary fibers, and are very low in carbohydrates. Thus, consuming flax seeds gives you a feeling of being full and prevents over-eating.

Chia seeds

Chia seeds

Similar to flax seeds, chia seeds too are very in dietary fibers and this helps in weight loss.

How to Make

Now mix all these ingredients in equal proportions. For example, if you are taking two spoon of Jeera, take two spoons each of all other ingredients also.

Now put the mixture in a grinder and grind.

How to Take

Now you only have to take one spoon (heaped) of this powder dissolved in warm water, twice a day.

When to Take

This is to be taken twice a day, in the morning before eating anything and in the night before dinner.

Taking in the morning helps keeping the metabolism high during the day; and taking it before dinner helps in reducing the quantity of food that you eat in the dinner.

So, it is this easy. This powder is also easier to take and thus compliance is better. Better compliance is also a reason of great effects of this weight loss powder.

So make this weight loss powder today itself and start losing weight.
