2 Ingredients Tea for Weight Loss

Without any unnecessary talks, creating any platforms, or boasting about this tea, I will directly come to the point.

So the 2 ingredients of this tea are:

  1. Bay Leaf (Tez patta)
  2. Cinnamon (Dalchini)

Bay Leaf and Cinnamon, both decrease the deposition of the fat in the body, regulate blood sugar, regulate cholesterol, and increase the metabolism. Thus, this is a brilliant combination for those who are trying to lose or maintain weight.

How to make it

Step 1: Take 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Put on stove.

Step 2: Once the water boils, add 2 big bay leaves (or 3-4 small), and one inch of cinnamon stick.

Step 3: Lower the flame and let it simmer till the water remains 1 cup.

That’s it. Enjoy the concoction… and lose weight.

Make and drink it 2-3 times a day. You can make all at once and store in fridge for the entire day.
